MPS (Millennium POS Solutions srl) was created in 1997 as a company providing software services for retail organisations.
MPS top management boast about having over than 20 years of experience in the retail software solutions. MPS staff gained this experience working for an American company (PSI, Post Software International) leading the world market in retail systems.

This huge experience has allowed MPS to sign contracts with leading companies in the retail segment, for the development and support of products installed all over Europe.
Today MPS supports an installed base of more than 2000 stores all across Europe in many different retail sectors (Food, DIY, Fashion, Department store, Food service).

MPS has a broad experience in the following areas:

• Development and maintenance of retail applications for many different store types (Department store, food, DIY, fashion, food service etc.)
• Customer loyalty systems with feedback to Host. MPS staff have created three different customer loyalty systems for three large retailers in Belgium and Switzerland. These loyalty systems are completely different from each other and all possible problems have been covered.
  These applications allow: points gathering, automatic discounts (by value and/or by percentage) points redemption directly on POS and generation of reports for Host processing
• Electronic Payments, currently we have developed EFT systems for Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden and Norway
• New hardware support for PC based POS
• EURO switch; MPS actively partecipated (both with development and hot line support) in occasion of the local currencies switch towards Euro for different Countries (Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Greece). This experience will be available to support other Countries which will join Euro in the near future.

MPS is now convinced that the mission to pursue is to allow retailers to improve their performance by reducing the cost of investment. Following these guidelines, MPS decided to create a new software product that introduces a tremendous innovation from a technological point of view in the retail industry.
